Ridwan Kamil: Please Pray for Eril’s Search to Be Easier

VIVA – The search for Emmeril Khan Mumtadz or also known as Eril, who was lost in the Aare River, Switzerland is still ongoing. Ridwan Kamil, who is Eril's father, asked for prayer from the public through his personal Instagram account on Monday, May 30, 2022. So, the search for his son will be easier.

Ridwan Kamil uploads a short black and white video. In this video, people can see the glasses that Ridwan Kamil usually uses and a piece of paper that says asking the public to pray for his son's search.

"Please pray that the search for Ananda Eril is still being carried out. May Allah SWT make this efforts easier. Amen to YRA," wrote Ridwan Kamil through his Instagram account @ridwankamil, Monday, May 30, 2022.

The Governor of West Java, Ridwan Kamil, said thank you to the Indonesian people who had prayed for Ananda Eril to be found quickly.

"Thank you from our family to all who have sincerely prayed and prayed together. May Allah repay all of your sincerity. Jazakallah," he wrote in his Instagram caption.

The search for Eril is still being carried out by the SAR Team and the police of Switzerland.

Emmeril Kahn Mumtadz alias Eril and his family are currently in Switzerland looking for a school to continue to his master’s degree.

At the same time Ridwan Kamil was also on a business trip in Italy and England. After the news, Ridwan Kamil immediately came to Switzerland.

On May 26, 2022 in Switzerland time, Eril swam in the Aare River, Bern, Switzerland. He is not alone but with his sister Camillia Laetitia Azzahra and his friends. However, when he wanted to go up to the surface of the river, it was known that Eril was dragged by the strong current of the river.
